Closer than you think

The Roseland is much closer than you might think! Just 4 and a half hours from London and about 2 and a half hours from Bristol, the motorways and A30 road network will enable you to reach us easily by car.

By car

Exit the A30 at Fraddon, turning right at the T-junction just off the slip road and take the B3275. Cross straight over the A3058 and continue on through Grampound Road. Cross the A390 at the staggered junction, going past Trewithen Gardens on your right, and follow the signs to Tregony and St. Mawes. Approximately one mile beyond Ruan High Lanes, turn right immediately after the double bend, signposted to Treworlas and Treworthal.

For Cow Parsley Cottage, go through Treworlas and the cottage is a few hundred yards down the road on the right hand side, just on a left hand bend.

For Pippin Cottage, continue on past Cow Parsley Cottage, past Lower Penhallow Farm and through Treworthal, after which the drive for Penhallow Farm is signposted on the right.

By train and by air

We are 30 minutes from Truro and St Austell train stations, and about 40 minutes from Newquay Airport.
